Very prompt on returned calls , was informative, enough for us to “mail order”such an expensive product. The product itself exceeded our expectations, simple to use, travel units much easier to carry than those big O2 tanks,and if need be, you can charge it in your car. I would recommend this product to anyone needing oxygen therapy.

I am a brand-new user but so far I am very pleased with my Inogen. It is so small and compact, easy to carry. i LOVE the fact that I don't have to drag around big tanks. I put off going on the regular kind of delivery systems because of the weight and bulk and difficulty. But when I researched Inogen, I felt I had found the answer. I only use oxygen when I need to walk around, usually for distances, such as shopping or running other errands. The batteries are so easy to change and charge. I'm still figuring out how to carry a purse and an Inogen and shop or carry other packages, but I know I will solve that problem eventually. Thanks for a great product.

The Inogen representative provided a complete summary of the portable concentrator and was able to answer all of our questions. He worked with our medical provider to obtain the needed order and prescription. After we received our unit, he took us through a short training session which enabled my wife to start using the unit effectively almost immediately. Many thanks to Blaine Wheeler for his excellent service and assistance. He was able to streamline the entire process!

The Inogen is well worth the money it cost me. The price is affordable. I have used mine a few times now. It is so easy to use. One push of a button, it starts. I used 1 battery for 6 hours (the whole time I was gone). The whole machine weighs less than 6 pounds. You can pick it up and go. I am so happy I bought mine.
