I wish the batteries weren't so heavy. The unit can get very heavy if I have to carry it for an extended period of time.

Green Machine just too heavy

Machine works good. In hot weather it can have some issues if the temperature outside is over 100 degrees F. I have not used it when it has been 20 below but I think it might have problems at that temperature. Both temperatures exceed its recommended operating range for ambient temperature. I have two machines. Not having a backup is not acceptable. I alternate each machine each day and they both perform good. Its best feature is the ability to use it on commercial airline flights. I extended the shoulder strap and added a waist strap. That has made the machine much more confortable to use. I spend 6-8 hours each day doing outside lawn and garden work. Not much has changed from the days when I did not need supplemental oxygen. It has been a good investment in lifestyle.

Love the unit which truly gives me freedom again. Only thing I'm not happy about is the 2 hour charge only last about 1 hour and 40-45 minutes on 2. Then exchange old one for charged one. Need to get the larger cell and/or extra charger.

My first portable concentrator was faulty; Inogen replaced it w/o problem quickly.

The only problem (and an important one) is that I don't feel like I'm getting enough oxygen from the machine. I'm on 2 liters but its really not enough even when I'm just walking slowly.

I love it. I've had it for a couple years but just started using it when I made a move to Colorado 5 months ago. Certain times I need it and other times not so much. I do wish the batteries lasted longer. But u understand it.

I debated on giving 3 stars, but if it weren't for Inogen I couldn't leave the house. It is very heavy to lug around, the filters only stay on if I tape them, and the case needs more pockets.
