So far so good. Weight of the mobile unit approximately 5 pounds a bit too heavy for this old man.

I worked with Frank who was very friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He kept me advised of the status of my order. So far I am happy with the performance of the Inogen although I have had 2 instances of the machine shutting off and giving me an error message. It has not happened recently. It is much easier and lighter to carry than a tank. It will make travel easier.

Though hugely expensive, I have bern pleased. The device is quiet enough that I do not feel like I'm sleeping next to Darth Vader.

I love the performance of the unit, however it’s a little heavier than I expected. The strap is somewhat uncomfortable. I will certainly recommend.

Had a little problem when machine first came with battery not charging but was resolved quickly. Little heavier than I thought but not so bad I can’t handle it. Great for walking places. Not so great if I’m having to clean house or do my volunteer work. Haven’t had it long and am sure I’ll work the kinks out
