The returns services is diabolical
The returns services is diabolical. All returns have to be shipped to China at buyers expense which is very expensive and makes it impossible for you to get your money back !

Hello MC, Gabriel here from INNSTAR® Official. I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience. Please note that we are working hard with the shipping companies to have products shipped back at your local country INNSTAR® Production Facility (USA-UK-CAN-DENMARK-GERMANY-CHINA). We are soon going to allow this service. Anyhow, we thank you for your feedback.

Response from INNSTAR® Official StoreAug 17, 2021
Hello Ross, thank you for your review. We make sure to add a lot of exercise examples on our website and we also offer a workout guide booklet in each package delivered. However, we appreciate your comment and will work on adding more workout guides both on our website and in the workout booklet. Thank you
