INNSTAR® Official StoreReviews of innstarstore.com

Package arrived on time ,but two bands snapped, they are useless, according to your policy i can receive two new once for free please send them to my address, adding a picture

My first order was perfect , came in time and was I was kept informed about my delivery, my 2nd order did take longer to come but I had not read the shipping instructions,so it actually came on time , the product is sound but maybe a better structured workout book would improve everyone's experience

The pedal pull exercise equipment is well designed and of high quality. The company responded to my queries in a timely manner. It took longer than expected for the product to leave the factory and be transferred to FedEx. The company needs to work on being accurate in its description of when a product actually ships.

Gran producto, profesional y con muchos accesorios. Un gimnasio en casa. Pero se me rompió una de las gomas

After receiving my first order I ordered some additional bands and door holds. When I received the additional items there was one door hold missing. I contacted the customer support team and they quickly sent the additional door hold. I like the products and am very satisfied with their customer support.

Only started using the set, bought it help my recovery from a shoulder injury from an accident. It's good that it easily adjustable, and easy to store.

Great customer service and great products. really enjoyed using their products.

Great well made product. I like the way u can add and buy the higher strength stretchy bands as your fitness increases. I didn’t give 5 stars as I think it was a little over Packaged ! The insta boxes came inside some more blank cardboard boxes. Not necessary. Come on insta we are supposed to be saving the planet. Apart from that very happy with this product. Great work.
