The product works great, but I spent a week going back and forth with their customer service. They changed the way the pull up assist connects to the pull up bar but didn’t update the instructions or the website description. It would also take a full day for each reply email to come through and the customer service rep didn’t seem to know about the problem I just described. Also, I’d prefer if it wasn’t made in China. The product is good enough quality that I would pay more for one that was made in the US.

I really like your items and I enjoy workout with them.. Only thing that I was upset for, was... The thing that you have multiple werehouses in europe but i recive my items from china, because of that i had to pay taxes. That wouldnt happen if I would recive your product form werehouse in europe.
