At first I thought this was a scam or scheme. Talked with several representatives at Innovation Refunds and submitted the requested documents. Probably 4 or 5 hours work on my part to gather what was required. My contact was a very cordial representative, Tammy Bunkofske, who stayed in contact with me by phone and e-mail. Tammy was the absolute BEST SUPPORT person I could ask for. Tammy answered all my questions and if she wasn't sure she said "I'll get back to you." Tammy always returned my call, answered my e-mail and was very quick to respond to every call or mail I sent her. Tammy B. gave me the heads up about upcoming events and guided me through the process very smoothly. What I first thought was pie in the sky, was actually a HIGH dollar dessert in my business bank account. Thank you TAMMY B. and INNOVATION REFUNDS for such a quick and easy return of my tax dollars. Our business would not have this refund without either. I would do it again without hesitation and recommend anyone that qualifies to go for the money - and maybe you will be fortunate to have Tammy help make an easy process for the refund.

At first I was skeptical about this company but after awhile I went for it. I filled out the few questions online and received a phone call in a short time after. Jason was very honest, helpful and held my hand every step of the way. He and Willie Jones always returned my calls within a few hours. They were both knowledgeable, positive and helpful to get our application completed and on its way to the IRS for our refund in a very short time. Honestly... I was skeptical. The whole ERC thing seemed too good to be true. But like PPP & Covid Stimulus, the government is kind of nuts with our money, and I figured I'd give it a look. I tried pursuing ERC through my accountant, but they weren't well versed in the nuances, and they weren't familiar with the second of the two tests to determine qualification, the one I met. Innovation Refunds was both an expert on the process and willing to represent me and my story in front of the IRS. The whole process played out *exactly* as Benjamin Inbody and his colleagues said it would. It was kind of strange just how accurately they (Benjamin, Kaelen, and Justin) predicted what my business accountants would say (that I'd not qualify), and they set my expectations appropriately as far as the timeline was concerned. They kept me up to date along the way. I wouldn't have been surprised to receive little communication from them, but just the opposite, they communicated and kept in touch at every step. Nothing happens quickly with the IRS, but my patience paid off. One definitely gets what one pays for.
