Innovation Refunds handled the entire process with professionalism and consistency. From Josh Dekruif, Chelsea Steiner, and Devonte Thedford all were there to swiftly answer any and all questions as you move through each step. Would and have recommended to anyone looking to qualify for the ETC refund.

The Innovation Refunds team is absolutely amazing! We are so appreciative to Victoria Dentler, Emily Lee and Michael Kist for their professionalism and assistance. They were all extremely responsive to our questions. Victoria was amazing, proactive and made sure that all of our questions around the process, timeframes and expectations were addressed. We are thankful and highly recommend them!

Innovation Refunds successfully secured a generous refund for my Restaurant. I certainly recommend them to others wanting to take advantage of what appears to me to be the last source of Covid-shutdown funds available to affected businesses.

Michael Winters has been a pleasure and a blessing to work with. He was great in coaching me through the process and what was needed to ensure that their agency had the documents that were needed. Very professional and I am confident that the results will be favorable.

Our CSC, Lourdes Quintero, was very helpful and prompt. She was with us every step until we had our paperwork in order. She spent as much time sending us detailed emails and talking with us on the phone as was needed. She was always friendly and informative.
