Innovation Refunds came through for us and was able to get us qualified for some much needed funds to allow us to continue to run and grow our business. The overall process was streamlined and easy and they walked us through each step. This week the refund checks finally arrived and we're thrilled to put this money to good use!

We haven't got the money yet, but I'm comfortable to report the professional, timely and knowledgable efforts of the entire staff. I would recommend Innovation Refunds for anyone going this direction. Their website is very user friendly, emails are promptly returned, and they are result oriented.

Lori and David did all the work and, along with their attorneys, completed the amended payroll tax returns. I hope to use them again if the government and IRS come up with another program to help small businesses. I can't wait for the actual refund and look forward to paying a fee for services for the first time in my life. I highly recommend Innovation Refunds.

Fantastic! Great service. Innovation Refunds walked us through the process every step of the way. Benjamin Inbody, our account manager, is highly communicative and professional! Efficiency through a systemized process with the personal touch. I couldn't ask for better than this!

I want to compliment Innovation Refunds and their team that supported us through the process of the employee retention credit. We are a small organization with five full-time employees and working with Innovation we were able to secure over $147,000 in employee retention credit. It's hard to find a company that makes promises and lives up to them. That's exactly what Innovation Refunds did! Working their team was professional, prompt, and courteous and keep us informed through the process and delivered for our organization. David Diers The Village COA
