I was a little skeptical about going forward with the paperwork for this credit but Michael was such a great person to work with that it made me feel like it was going to be worth it. Michael walked me through all the paperwork and was patient with us trying to gather all of the documents required. It didn't help that we had switched accounting softwares half way through the years needed to process but we worked together on a way to report all the information in a way that was acceptable. Michael was unlike anyone I have worked with in the past his level of care and compassion was very evident. Great at making conversation and making me feel like he had our companies best interests! We enjoyed this experience and results so much we are going to go through the process with one of our subsidiaries!

We were told that we would not be eligible to get this credit by the company’s CPA, so I gave up on the quest. My boss got a call from Innovation Refunds, and she forwarded them to me to see if we would qualify, based on the information they requested initially. My case was then given to Michael Winters, and let me tell you, Mr. Winters was AWESOME! He’s a pleasant person to talk to and truly a comedian by nature. He worked with me on all the information that was necessary to get us qualified. It didn't matter the hour of the day, this man worked with us, and I would recommend him to work with every person that I know could benefit from this program.
