I needed a replacement pump for an off brand "sleep number" bed. Ralph was very helpful in making sure I got what I needed. He was not only helpful but very pleasant. Very happy with the company.

After over a year of dealing with severe lower back pain, I can honestly say that purchasing an Innomax mattress was the best decision I've made for my health! Tommy was helpful, patient, and steered me in the right direction to ensure I purchased the best mattress for my back. The customer service was excellent, the product-top of the line, and I am beyond happy with my purchase! I would absolutely recommend Innomax for anyone looking to invest in their health and comfortable sleep!

I can't really comment on everything just yet as I have not heard back from the person who helped me. I requested (through an e-mail ) an answer to a very specific question. He was given all the information he needed to make this decision on June 27, 16. Nothing. Now, my husband just walked in and said he called him and spoke with him, again it is all conversation only. I would like a written contract, page, anything to cover exactly what was said so I will feel more at ease. As far as the time that was taken to help me and to explain things; you could not have asked for a better, more experienced person. One who was very considerate of what I wanted, listened to me, explained things I did not understand, spent a lot of time with me. So, I would say it was one of the better purchases as far as customer service goes over the phone and internet. He sounded like he loved his job, really loved it. Enjoyed people and talking to them, also, liked to share the knowledge he has on the products. Since I had spent close to a year in research, and am in the scientific field, I appreciated what he told me, and knew it to be true. Yes, even without hearing back yet, I would tell my friends or anyone else about them, and they can be depended on, trusted for the information they give out on products. Yes. Don't know if you are allowed to suggest the persons name or not on here, but it is Micky.... I'll leave last name off, since I don't have his permission to use it. He's great, I'd talk with him on anything you may be wanting, and I know you will appreciate him as much as we did!! Thank you for the opportunity to do business with you, and the opportunity to voice my opinions! And Oh! our bed arrived way earlier than we were told it would be!!! Can't get much better than that! (I know I'll get my piece of paper)!

We ordered a Cal King split adjustable bed. We are very happy with the bed and the sales process. When we completed our sale, we were told that it would ship in approx. 14 days. After 14 days, we called in and were told to wait 10-14 more days and it would ship. Long story short, it took 6 weeks to be delivered. It was very frustrating but it was worth the wait....

Excellent buying experience! No pressure, answered all of our questions, and completely respected the fact that we had just started the search for a new bed. Gave information that we had no way of knowing we needed to help in our comparison shopping, and ultimately won our business based on these merits. The bed is amazing! We feel like all of the clichés are true, and wish we had found Innomax 5 years ago before we made a huge mattress mistake in purchasing an innerspring piece of junk.

We got rid of our tubular water bed when we moved. This was the only bed that had worked for me with my bad back. I thought there had to be something better by now. I tried three different beds. Last one was a Casper. None worked. I would wake up several times in the night in pain. In the morning it would take several minutes before I could straighten up. We went back to just a regular water bed, not tubular, and it is working for me. It has been worth the effort and cost to go back. I can sleep all night and am fine in the morning.

The issue below was made right. As soon as this posted and the right person saw this they got right back to me. They fixed the issue right away and then gave me a pair of sheets for the trouble. I will be back and am extremely satisfied. Ordered some soft sided bed rails 6 1/2 weeks ago and still no rails. I have called and they can't tell me anything either. Let's just see if they are on the next truck. I've heard this a few times also. It's a shame, love this business and been going for over 20 years but may have to reconsider. So disappointed.
