The user design is very easy to use and the software works great for its purposes! Rent gets deposited within 1 business day which is great. Most of the other softwares in this space take several more days to get the rent in your account. It's basically a one stop shop for all your property management needs. You can collect rent, submit maintenance requests, sign documents, screen tenants, auto late-fees, and they even have a mobile app for your tenants! Customer support is also great. If I ever had a question, a rep got back to me immediately with a solution.

Innago is an easy to use tenant management system. Easy to apply late fees, grace periods, adjust information, and set up new tenants. Customer service is beyond exceptional. I have been working with Dave for about 2 years and he is always extremely prompt and professional! Overall great experience!

I was using a paid program that was very difficult to operate then I found Innago. It was easy to put my whole business into it quickly. It is very user friendly. The customer service is great! I cancelled the other program.

Great software, Very easy to use, great support and best of all is accessible any where and its free for management company or the Landlord. I have recommended to my other friends and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

I am older so I am not computer savvy. I started using Innago about two years ago mostly to consolidate my tenant payments in one place. I have since added tenant screening and will be adding the background check as well. What I most appreciate is the excellent customer service !!! When you call unlike most places you speak to a live person. They are knowledgeable on how to use the software and walk you through it step by step. I highly recommend this company.

One of the worst tasks as a landlord is making sure my tenants pay rent. I really don't like having to send them reminders. What is worse is getting into an argument with them the day after the rent is due. They always have a story as to why they shouldn't have to pay a late fee. I really hate confrontations like this. That is why I love Innago. I don't have to send reminders any more and I don't have conversations about late fees. My tenants get automated reminders to pay rent. If they pay late, they know they can't argue to get the fee removed because they know it is an automated system.
