Horrible quality. Ordered the brown leather booties. The leather cracked and Multiple lines appeared on the first try on, I was wasn’t able to wear them. Contacted customer service with photos of the defective boots. They did send a replacement and guess what, same thing the leather cracked upon trying on and both boots were mismatched colors. This company should be ashamed of themselves. The boots are expensive but the quality is exceptionally poor. Don’t waste your money!

I'm so saddened by the negative reviews here. I've been wearing Inkkas for nearly a decade and have had nothing but positive experiences. I usually buy the joggers which, in addition to being super cute, are also SUPER comfy. They normally last me about 2 years of near-constant use before needing to be replaced. I also have a pair of ankle boots that I love. I've found them to be true to size. I've turned friends and family onto them and I believed they've always been pleased as well. Whet I ordered the wrong size their team was helpful in getting me the refund. I've been swindled by scam companies before, but this is definitely not one of them.

Appalling quality. I just received my first order and there is glue visible along the shoes, a big hole between the sole and the traction part, stitches coming apart. The Inkkas website will not let me write a review of the shoe. Complete waste of money.

I was a diehard inkaas wearer! I felt the price was totally worth it for the comfort I finally received after years of battling with footwear that was uncomfortable for my wide feet and plantar fasciitis. Plus, they last & I love the styles! My last pair, my final purchase, not worth the price. In less than 2 months they broke & I was injured. I was told I had to send the defective footwear back & pay to do so. They wouldn’t accept the photos of the defective footwear and the wounds from my fall. That wasn’t worth the price, it will be my final purchase after years of many purchases.

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from them on May 6th. I received the 1st pair within 2 weeks. The second pair still says order confirmed but I can't get any updates about when they might ship or if they'll ship at all. I can't call anyone and th email I sent to supporthas gone unanswered. I have no trust that I'll get my 2nd pair of shoes and will be out $100.

These shoes are super cute but unfortunately, not durable. I bought the Inkkas brown vegan leather camping shoe last year and have worn them maybe only 15 to 20 times, mostly for light walking, errands around town, and camping (as they were advertised). The brown color was kick to wear off in spots, making these look worn down and splotchy after a walk through even the lightest dew on grass. I'm disappointed because compared to other shoes at this price point, they're just not as durable as a shoe should be -- particularly a shoe that's advertised for outdoor lovers. I also purchased their slide sandals, and same story. The color wears off quickly and the foam breaks down quickly, as well. Not a durable product.

Terrible customer service. I placed my order on January 17 and finally received my boots on April 2. I got a pair of slip-on shoes in my usual size 10, but they were very large. I returned them for a size 9, but they were too small. The shoes were cute but of extremely poor quality. I ordered boots in a size 10, but they were super tight. After a lot of back-and-forth with customer service, I finally got a larger size. They are really not very comfortable, and I have never even worn them. Not the boots I wanted. Every pair of boots I ordered was out of my size. I would not recommend this company!p

Bought Ray camping boots (so cute) then joggers (Prickly, adorable.) A couple stitches on the boots came loose causing a gap and they are sending me replacements. AWESOME SHOES, AWESOME, prompt customer service.
