These shoes are super cute but unfortunately, not durable. I bought the Inkkas brown vegan leather camping shoe last year and have worn them maybe only 15 to 20 times, mostly for light walking, errands around town, and camping (as they were advertised). The brown color was kick to wear off in spots, making these look worn down and splotchy after a walk through even the lightest dew on grass. I'm disappointed because compared to other shoes at this price point, they're just not as durable as a shoe should be -- particularly a shoe that's advertised for outdoor lovers. I also purchased their slide sandals, and same story. The color wears off quickly and the foam breaks down quickly, as well. Not a durable product.

Love the Mission, Major Sizing Issues I absolutely love Inkkas’ mission and their colorful, creative designs. I was so excited when I ordered, but I’ve had significant sizing problems with multiple pairs: Canvas Slip-Ons: Extremely tight and didn’t fit at all. Sneakers: Took a long time to break in and still pinch my feet in the area right before the toes begin, where the tongue is sewn. Hiking Boots: Still breaking these in. The sizing runs small across all three styles - I wish they made it clear on the website that you need to order one size up. The shoes seem to be designed for a standard foot shape and don’t accommodate different body types or foot shapes well, which is disappointing for someone with mobility differences. I’m hoping to get store credit since I can’t return for a refund. I’d love to support this company, but the fit issues have been really frustrating

The shoes are cheap and fit poorly. They had an overwhelming smell of plastic/synthetic material. I had to let them off gass in my shed for three days, so I feel like they're probably toxic.

I'm so disappointed. I bought these shoes as a gift for myself for my birthday, I was so excited to finally have cute footwear. They are agony on my feet. I have been doing my best to wear them in, even put insoles in them so they would be more bearable, but the cute little fabric on the back is rubbing the skin off my foot. They are so obscenely uncomfortable. Not worth the purchase at all.

Quick shipment. Terrible customer service! Return policy a hack. Never respond to emails or phone calls. Product ok. Beware! I won’t buy from them or recommend. After 2weeks I still have item and no response.

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from Inkkas on 2/4/24. Received about 2 weeks later. Too small. They don’t offer half sizes, so I read through reviews which suggested going a size UP as they ran small. The shoes were too tight. Love the style, and should be comfy, but I need a bigger size. Reached out for return - which had to be REQUESTED & APPROVED before you get a return label (and they only offer credit to exchange). Once approved, I promptly packed and shipped my return. 2/28 at 10am it was delivered and signed for. Today, 3/4, there is still no word from them. I’ve emailed twice. Hoping to get replacement shoes before summer. This is a bummer. Too many hoops to jump through with this company.
