Deceptive, Non-Functional & No Return Toner Cartridges

Bought cartridge for my laser printer. Didn't fit. Inkjets.com won't refund my shipping cost. I'll buy somewhere else in future.

Wish I had looked here before buying. Cartridges do not work in my printer. Can’t get through to customer service. I’ve been scammed.

Just received the ink cartridges for HP 7310. Once the black ink cartridge was in, the printer gave an error and would NOT function. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’ve been trying for months to get in contact with someone from the customer service center. I was ensured that the printer ink that I was buying was 100% compatible withmy printer. The ink that was sent was not compatible with my printer at all. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from their company to replace/exchange it and I called multiple times and I’ve gotten through to nobody I left multiple messages I am very disappointed because they have a return and exchange policy on their website. I will not be using this company anymore.

Ordered Canon PGI-280XXL & CLI-281XXL Super High-Yield Compatible Ink Cartridge 5-Pack Combo. It came promptly and is actually compatible with my Canon printer. Dunno yet how long they will last, but ink amounts seem comparable to Canon originals.

*update* the ink doesn’t work!! I ordered two and neither works. Ordered ink cartridges for my work printer using a card I haven’t used in well over a month. coincidentally the next day over $1000 was charged to my credit card. so either they have criminals working for them or they were hacked and didn’t bother to tell anybody never responded to the emails that I wrote them referring to that thankfully I caught it before it was actually charged and it was just pending so I got my money back quickly. However it’s still a pain in the ass. Oh, the ink cartridges are fine. They work well enough for Home office to use.
