They have been amazing to work with. My orders are ALWAYS correct, shipped very quickly, and are always exactly as they are represented in the listing. The products I have gotten from them always sub beautifully! If ever you have a question or problem, they are immediately available to help you. I also love that they don't charge ridiculously high made up shipping amounts like a few of the big companies do. Great customer service
I have ordered from them a few times and have had nothing but great experiences. On my last order there was one item missing, and they made it right immediately. And on a previous order I realized after the order was placed, but before it shipped, that I ordered the wrong size watch band. And they very kindly adjusted my order for me. I really appreciate their customer service.

Inkfinitee is my go to for blanks and ink. When I first started sublimation I googled blanks and they were one of the shops that came up. I have been returning since.
Every order has been shipped very quickly which is appreciated. I have a small Etsy shop and customers often request things I don’t have on hand. Fast shipping helps me be able to still get items to customers quickly.
There has been multiple occasions when I order something for someone and get a request from another customer after I submitted my order to Inkfinitee. Each time this has happened Inkfinitee refunded the extra shipping cost without me ever asking. I never expected them to do that but I’m thankful.
Every item I have gotten has been great quality. They are also very helpful when learning to do something new. I couldn’t figure something out so I reached out to ask for help. They couldn’t have been more kind. I was walked through what do to. They really did go above and beyond.

Paid for expedited shipping only to have the product arrive an entire week after the order was placed. Spoke to someone on a cellphone who was rude about the entire transaction. Denied accountability for the late arrival despite not sending the item to the post office until 2/3 days after purchase. Apparently they are not big on customer service and making things right. Will not being purchasing from this unprofessional website.

The customer did not pay for expedited shipping. He paid for USPS Priority Mail which according to USPS takes about 2-3 days but is not guaranteed. USPS only guarantees USPS Express Mail. We ship orders within our processing time frame (24-72 hours) which is stated on our website. Once the package is dropped off at USPS or UPS then it is out of our hands. Whatever delays the shipping company experience is not our fault.
This customer left a voicemail on our office number. We called him on his phone and we spoke with this customer and no we were not rude to him. He asked to get refunded for the shipping fee ($8.42) he paid because he was claiming that we did not ship his order on time and that he won't receive the item on time. We did not refund him because we shipped the package on time.

We process our orders within 24-72 hours, usually within 24 hours. This customer placed his order on August 3, 2020 @ 3:15PM PST. We shipped the package on August 4, 2020 @ 6:51PM PST. So, no we did not send the item 2/3 days after purchase, we sent the item to the post office the NEXT DAY after purchase.

The customer placed the order on August 3, 2020 @ 3:51PM PST and USPS Delivered the package at the mailbox on August 7, 2020 @ 3:46PM. So, no it did not take an entire week, it took an entire 4 DAYS.
This customer also wrote: "Apparently they are not big on customer service and making things right."
