Steve helped me out a bunch! I had quite a few of questions to ask, given I've never used this site before. He was prompt and extremely helpful!

Wow! I'm so impressed with such quick and pleasant service. David Smith was fantastic and super helpful. Thank you and great job!!

Steve is the best!! Always very helpful :)

After acquiring a CakeQuatroPro edible ink printer, Robert was patient and quite thorough in the initial instruction sessions. When I reached a ‘snag’ he was quick to respond and worked with me to find the error…all within a matter of minutes. And…within a matter of minutes I was printing beautiful cookies. The CakeQuattroPro is quite the printer. At first look, it appears formidable, but the process for setting up your print through Word is simple and the results are outstanding!

Steve was very helpful in helping me to track my order. Great customer service!
