InkediblesReviews of inkedibles.com

Patrick was very helpful in explaining which cartridge I needed for my printer.

This review is for a chat session. I am ordering toppers for cookies for a very important occasion. I was having difficulty uploading my image so I accessed the "chat". option. "Steve" answered..and it's a good thing he did. We went through the whole process including an email to Steve with my image. When we chatted about delivery time and I told him I had 2 months before the toppers were needed, he informed me that they should be used no more than five weeks after receiving them. I'm waiting to complete my order the end of May so my fun cookies will be perfect. I only hope the product will prove as great as the "Chatting Steve!"

I called to inquire about placing an order of cupcake toppers using two separate images. As always, I worked with Sam who is extremely reliable and very responsive to Amy questions that I pose. We love everything about inkedibles!!! We use them to create one of a kind cupcake toppers that our customers absolutely flip over! Customer service is second to none and we will continue to use them and their products for a long time!!

Steve was very helpful today with answers to my questions about photo sheets for making my own cookies with images on them...thanks so much!

I had the pleasure of chatting with David and Patrick agree two different days! Both gentlemen were extremely kind and helpful in answering the questions I had. This company left a really good first impression on my first and hopefully now second purchase! I will definitely be shopping from this business more often now that I know I can always expect to receive great service! :) David was very nice in sending me an email of my order confirmation and when I would be expecting my order. Patrick was very kind in answering my question about a customized size for an edible printer sheet.
