Thanks, Sam, for the excellent online support. It’s really nice to be able to talk to a person.

First time using a chat feature for an online business where I feel like I'm speaking to a real human. Steve was so helpful with ordering multiple prints for expedited shipment. I'm excited to get the order and get to creating a special cake for my sister.

Steve was awesome, helped me find the right ink and got me a package all at once. Can't wait for my goodies to come in!

I had a great idea for labeled cookies but little time. I called, they said they could do it, and made the date with amazing labels that stole the show. great color and size match.

It was a pleasure chatting with Sam, he knew what I needed...

Sam on chat was very helpful in guiding me to an option that would get my order here in time for a party. The process of ordering was very simple and efficient. Thanks for making it quick and easy!

My wife was in a jam making a cake and out of ink, reached out in chat spoke with Patrick by far the most amazing customer service I have received in memory. They were able to find what I need and make special arrangements to overnight. Thank you will be using you forever.. Matt Gribosh

Patrick did a terrific job of explaining what I needed to send him to get the job done and it was completed with total professionalism.
