Purchase 9/21. This product is not compatible to my program. I asked to return this product that cost more then $500.00 Never been open!! They said I have to pay 15% restocking fee also I have to pay shipping so it's going to cost me over $100.00. This is ridiculous. Anyways I told them I didn't think that was fair, they haven't responded back. So I asked for a RMA# THAT THEY said they would send me so I can return it. It's been 6 days since I originally spoke with them on the phone. Well I spoke with David. I Will never buy a product from them again!!!!

First time ordering my edible picture print. Great customer service! Came sooner than I expected! Contacted me via email. I would recommend anyone to do business with this company.

Patrick helped me out with a quick turnaround order, all over chat. Nice to be able to engage with a human to get things done. I love a good automated system, but sometimes you need something specific.

Great service, knowledge, speed of response, consistency, and continuity - which is very important for the business. All other representatives are also very responsive and nice to deal with. Definitely recommended.
