InkediblesReviews of inkedibles.com

This website is a bit difficult to navigate or create multiple orders at once, but the help staff are responsive and really helpful. It took some time, but I was ultimately able to get my order placed with the assistance of Patrick, and it will be delivered in time for my project. I've ordered in the past, and the prints are high-quality and have great color as well! In my searching, they also have the best prices, so I would recommend them!

I am a business owner trying out different companies to work with as vendors. There was an issue with my receipt of purchase, but customer service was very diligent about addressing the issue. The purchasing process was explained to me. We addressed the error made and the issue was rectified. Thank you so much InkEdibles, having now understanding your purchasing process I will continue to work with your company as well as referral to my counterparts. Again, Thank You.

I couldn't get a photo to upload on the website, so I did online chat with Steve, and he solved all of the issues politely and efficiently.

I am highly recommending this company! Incredibly fast shipping! Product looks absolutely amazing! I cannot wait to put this photo on the cake and surprise my sweet friend with this! No doubt it’ll be the talk of the celebration!!! So thank you for making this possible…such a fabulous transaction!!! David is beyond helpful !!!

Steve was more than helpful in guiding me through the custom design process. Quick response, professional communication, and made the experience simple. He earned a client today!

Excellent product and customer service.

This is a review of my ordering experience. I have not yet received the product, so I'll follow up on that later. As for the ordering process... Steve (from online chat) was very helpful and answered all my questions. He directed me to the correct product to suit my needs and provided assistance with graphics preparation. He made sure my order was put through in a timely manner and made me feel very comfortable about the order. I look forward to receiving my edible printed cake top!
