Sam and Chris are the best. Had a problem and they worked very hard to help me fix it. Thanks for all y’all’s help. Great company

Fast and very convenient. Thanks to Sam for the brilliant service.

Patrick was outstanding!! I couldn’t figure how to order more than one image on several frosting sheets. He helped me in placing the order through emails and over the phone. I have ordered an image transfer once before and was very pleased. I can’t wait to see what my order looks like this time!! Thank you Patrick!!

Excellent customer service and online help by david online with the link to the products and guidance on pricing and shipping time and cost.

I haven’t received my product yet but I wanted to review their customer service. I needed help figuring out how to place an order and Steve was awesome. He communicated with me so well and even asked when my event was so that I’d receive the items on time. Really awesome asset to the company for sure. Thanks again Steve!

Sam always goes above and beyond to help me place my orders. I really appreciate him. I love their premium sugar sheets. They are good quality and work well.

Steve was helpful and patient as we worked together to get the image sized correctly to fill my order. He led me through the process in a courteous and efficient manner.

I was trying to figure out the best frosting sheets to use for my projects and I was guided to the correct frosting sheets via chat. The order was taken for me, placed and an invoice sent to me email to pay. Very convenient!
