Editing review because I heard back from customer support, waiting for product to arrive still but at least actually got some contact from them

They can't handle dark colors I got a custom playmat from them. This required me to submit a jpeg of the image I was looking for. The playmat came out to the correct dimensions I set, but the colors are awful. I gave a 300 PPI image, which is what they recommended if possible, but none of the blacks came out correctly. Their image has a lot of blacks and grays, but they printed it all 1 dark black color, no shading at all, it looks almost nothing like the original image.

Ordered a custom xl mousepad, I was quite worried about how it would turn out. But when it arrived after a month, I was surprised by how good it looked. The surface is really great, it allows you to move your mouse around without any bumps. And the mousepad doesn't move around if you don't want it to. I must say, I haven't dealt with customer service, so I am unable to provide my opinion about it.

Nice and friendly customer service. Very happy with the two play mats I ordered. I felt like they were good quality material and nice image quality. Only reason they lost a star was delivery time to Australia. In fairness to them though COVID is holding up even local freight quite a bit.

HORRIBLE service! The NEVER respond to you. I couldn't even order cause they NEVER answered my question 1 week and still no answer. Not recommended.

NEVER RECOMMENDING THEM OR SHOPPING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! Bad Customer service. I wish I could post the conversation between us and them on here. We tried communicating with them for over a week after ordering mouse pads and they keep giving us poorly designed options. We gave them exactly what we wanted the design to look like and paid extra for there "editing service". After submitting several designs that were exactly what we asked them in the very beginning to not show us, the guy gave us attitude, said good luck with finding someone else and cancelled our order. I saved every email Incase they try to lie saying this review was misleading. Please try me!

Custom matt feels extremely cheap & has massive lines cut through the middle of the image.

Picture was blurry, mat was thin, stitching was uneven and stepped down in area's, and then was loose and fraying apart on first use. I honestly cant make up how horrible this mat is compared to other places i've ordered from. I contacted them, they took my information down and never answered my emails again despite me contacting multiple times.
