Sent me a deck box that can't fit cards with sleeves without bending. What a crappy design. Was really looking forward to this but apparently I shouldn't have been.

Ordered something and the package came empty. I wrote the support and they said they would send a new one if I confirm my address and order number. Once I confirmed it I never got an answer. Then I texted them again asking why I never got an answer and they said I confirmed my address but not my order number. I sent them a screenshot of the email with the confirmation and got told I should just confirm it again, although they were able to see it on the pic. However, I did confirm it another time and again haven’t gotten a reply or package since. (Been half a year)

Submitted my order for a custom playmat and it took them a whole week to tell me it was copyrighted. I chose a mat off their website to settle with instead and it took them 3 more days to respond with the same automated message that it's copyrighted....very frustrated at the lack of service or direction and have issued an order cancelation. Was my first time trying them out and will be my last

The colors of the mat were so different from the design that it's quite disappointing.

After taking 2.5 weeks to tell me it was copyrighted, they canceled my order. Fixed the image by taking off a magic the gathering logo I put on the image, then 2 days later they canceled my order. Slow service.... I ordered custom magic cards from Making Playing Cards from Hong kong and they came faster than Inked Gaming responded to my order. With emails the day of any issue. Terrible company find an alternative if you can.

Although they did end up refunding me, I had to fight to get my refund over the course of 2 to 3 days (I had to finally threaten PayPal on them for them to do it) and I am grateful that I did get the full refund but the amount of hassle that I had to put up with for it and the crappy customer service made it not worth it. Especially since this is the second time they've effed up one of the custom mats that I ordered from them. If you're not getting just a picture or paying them to put in their own zones on it because you're making something cool and unique, do not buy from them as they cannot get it within their own dimensions, charge $15 for editing that isn't any editing at all that you can do yourself on paint.net, and and funally enough doesn't know how to crop either.

I got two mats from them. the first one was really nice and the picture turned out just how I like it. The second one I have not yet received. has been over a week and a half. I looked at the track package tab and it showed the order was placed for September this year. something is up with their system or something. I would recommend just trying someplace else.

I highly recommend this site, the mousepad i ordered is beautiful, the quality is insane, printing and shipping was fast. Everything is perfect.
