Bought a custom mousepad and its good. I mean, it's a mousepad, it works. the print is high quality and I don't see any issues with it. Would buy from this company again. Saw a lot of people complaining about quality issues but for me personally, I see no issues with this mousepad.

The inked gaming playmats I want to say are some of the best when it comes to custom orders. I ordered a recent playmat for my girlfriend and it came out okay. I think if you're going to spend the money to order custom, us as the client have to make sure the image doesn't get too warped. Previous orders from Inked Gaming were exactly what I wanted. I ordered this time a custom playmat for my girlfriend and one of their in house "teach ppl to play mats" and I love theirs. My own custom one came out just okay. Not horrible, not amazing, just average. 😅

The printing in the playmat came out nice and high quality however, the same can not be said about the quality of the playmat itself. It feels thinner than a standard playmat and upon arrival the edge stitching that I paid extra for has a rip/tear on one of the edges because the thread used was low quality and was already coming apart. I’m a little disappointed about the quality but it does still work as needed and the print is nice so it’s not entirely bad.

I placed an order going on 14 days ago. It still hasn't been fulfilled, and they only respond with a copy/paste generic reply. I paid shipping on this, keep in mind. I didn't pay it for them to take two weeks to even package it. I would recommend looking somewhere else because Inked Gaming is a joke.

Ordered a playmat on December 20, received today January 19. IT'S 30 DAYS !! And the playmat is very poor quality, thin and light material, stitched edges have defects. Very disappointed, will not recommend

I placed my order on 12/07 and message them about it on12/19 looking to see where my order is at. I get hit with “we’re having delays due to the holidays” spiel. After my inquiry I see that (the next day) my order has finally gotten tracking (it didn’t before) and also noticed that it was finally delivered to USPS facility in OR, I only live 3 hrs away!! How incompetent can you get! When you screw up and forget to mail a product, own up to it, don't lie about it. So unprofessional, will never be purchasing from you them again and wouldn’t recommend!
