Both mats had very bad picture quality
Both mats had very bad picture quality. I’ve ordered mats in the past with similar resolution and dpi and they came out fine. Not sure what happened here.

The team was super helpful in assisting me with the custom designed mats. They took a somewhat poor photo, and cleaned it up perfectly, the end product far exceeded my expectations. They were excellent in communicating status of my project every step of the way, all the way through production, to shipping to arrival at my door. A truly excellent customer experience from a clearly professional company! Would not hesitate to provide my highest recommendation. These folks can get the job done for you.

Beautiful playmats!
We ordered 3 standard stitched playmats, and all 3 of them are gorgeous -- extremely happy with them! :) They're a little thinner than our UltraPro mats, but that's not necessarily a bad thing and shouldn't affect their use. Our order took around 2 weeks to arrive from the time we placed it to arrival in Canada.

Customer care is great.
Had an issue with a playmat I ordered and they resolved the issue within the week. The colors are vibrant and the image is sharp. Will shop again.

Amazing supply drop...
I got exactly everything I could ask for from the mystery box and more, I was mostly hoping for a cool playmat but I also got some cool goodies as well, it was amazing, and will probably continue to purchase these amazing supply drops
