Our playmat print turned out amazing, the template layout was easy to use, the completion time was fast considering the custom nature of our project. Playmat colors are vibrant, the material is great quality and feels very durable. Great value for the money spent, thanks!

Ordered a custom dual playmat. At first, it looked great but then I noticed small dirt-like stains all over the playmat. I've tried to wash them out with varying methods but have not had any luck getting them out. Support got back to me a week later but issued a full-refund. Apparently the issue was due to the printing process and the solid gray background of the playmat.

Customer service responded within a reasonable time frame and without question or hesitation processed my rush order request. I was confident in asking as they had fulfilled a similar request before.

Purchasing was easy, delivery was prompt. The quality of one may was outstanding, the other was not great.

I ordered 1 day DELIVERY shipping but it took almost 3 days AND I had to pick it up. Nonetheless, their products are still amazing and the support team is really fast to respond

The quality of the mousepad was really good, the colors were vibrant and the image in no way was compressed or pixelated. The material felt great and in general I’m very happy with it. The only issue I had during delivery was that they weren't really clear on when it’ll be arriving, I only got a date on when it would arrive a week later when it had been given to UPS. Usually if I’m paying for shipping that says it’ll be delivered in a certain amount of time I would think it would get delivered in that long, but no they meant that once it’s sent out that’s how long it’ll take. Wish they’d give me a date for when it’ll be coming maybe a day after I place the order at the very least, even if it’s a rough estimate.

Honestly the playmat looks great and feels great! My only complaint would be that the stitching began to fray almost immediately but it's not coming apart yet. Aside from that it was great!

The matt look great and feels like high quality. This is the first oversized matt I've owned and I love it.
