Wait time is way too long.
The product is great but the wait time is way too long. It took 29 days to receive my mouse pad.

While the product did arrive safely
While the product did arrive safely, the time from order, to ship, to arrival was more than 20 days. The site advertises 4-8 business days for delivery, and excluding weekends, the order too more than 15. When contacting customer service, the response was, at best, benign.

I cannot believe what I received...
This was my first time ordering a custom desk pad, and my first time ordering from inked gaming. I did not expect to be so happy with my purchase. The quality is amazing! I am suggesting Inked Gaming to all of my friends and my community!

Excellent product
The mat and bag I ordered came out very well, and the printing looks really good. They communicated well and shipped on time, and while the mat is a little thinner than I thought, it looks like it'll last.
