DO NOT BUY! I was recommended this company by a friend. I ordered all the way back in October of 2025 and have not received my order let alone a response or even status update. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my bank. Listen to all of these reviews as it is not a one case scenario. I don't even know how this is legal to still have their website up.

Had a bad customer service experience; I recognized an issue with my order pretty much as soon as I sent it in and they hit me with zero contact until they shipped it out. Their stuff is good quality, but probably won’t use them again, tried to treat myself and now have a piece of garbage laying around

I placed an order in early January in hopes of receiving it by February for a Birthday gift. It is now December, almost a whole year later, and I still have not received my order. I have contacted customer support via email and their AI chat, and no one has helped me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a mousepad back in February and have no received it. I have reached out to support many times over the last 7 months with no response at all, despite the company still sending out promotional emails. I find this practice incredibly frustrating and shady. I would strongly recommend finding another retailer. My experience with inked gaming has been unreliable, disconnected, and disappointing.

Site and product was great in the past. But my order in Novemeber has never been shipped and no one resopnds to customer service emails. Googling the company it appears they filled for bankrupcy in Feb, fired almost all employees yet the site is still up. The suggestion is they are gone but still taking your money.

Order placed 11/15/25. Estimated delivery of 12/1. As of today 12/5, no response to 4 emails, two text conversations and their phone number is disconnected. Textbook breach of contract and consumer fraud. Called my CC company today to file a dispute. Just don't.... I anyone from this "company" actually reads this, order 484546 - ship it.
