This so called company is completely a Joke with my experience with them. I ordered a product from them. Expecting it to be arrived within two weeks, only for them to email me two days prior to arrival stating they're working through back log. Ok, fine i understand things happen, and sometimes that's business. I spoke with customer service rep via email and they would assure that i would receive my product by May 1st. Well 5/3/26 now, NO product, NO response via customer support anymore even though I've tried reaching out for a refund and to cancel my order. Buyers don't use this company. They'll put you on the back burner and just take your money, with very little to no contact.

Poor quality product and customer service. Waited over a month for my product and it was washed out and blurry.

Its been well over a year since i ordered my mat. They were very quick to take my money. Never got any status change. Absolute fraud.

Not only have they not shipped my playmate, they also have not responded toy many attempts to contact them. They suck poop sticks.

this used the be the place i get my mousepads from, within the last year i ordered 2 mousepads and had to wait a total of 9 months to receive them (i didnt get the 2nd one, still waiting for it now its been 4 months) they are most likely scamming these days, its really unfortunate how poorly they run their ''exit'' and milk the rest of their customers, i truly hope the website gets taken down, i've lost my $100, please if u bought within the last 3 months, call your bank and apply for a refund, there's many places to get mousepads from with the same/better quality, i do not recommend anymore!

They are not in business anymore and yet they keep their website up. They don't respond if you have a complaint and they won't get back to you if you have a order that hasn't been sent. There is not a way to get your money back unless you ask your bank for help. It's now a fraudulent website that takes your money and doesn't deliver the goods. Anyone else out there with this issue... fight back and get your money.

I WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH FOR YOUR PRODUCT OR EXPECT TO BE HEARD AS A CUSTOMER! I ordered a playmat with them on Nov. 21st 2025, it is now 2/9/2026. I still do not have my playmat, or my money returned. I have emailed customer service 3 times and got a quick reply to the tune of, we got behind and will ship your order ASAP. That was over a month ago.

I made an order right before Black Friday in November, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. I still have not received the order and have not gotten a response, when I contacted customer services, which I have done twice. I will not order from here again
