Ordered a mat in early January and it is now march with no updates at all. Never buying from this company again. Full of AI slop anyway.

I had a bad experience with a different company not shipping or responding. I found a number of recommendations for this company and at the time there weren't a bunch of negative reviews on this site. I ordered my mat on February 10th. Its now the 28th. I have emailed twice with no response. They said it would take UP TO 15 days to ship so I waited and didn't count weekends. They haven't responded to either one of my emails. There is no way to check the status of my order. I was trying to avoid ordering from Amazon but this is now two companies that at best suck at running a business and at worse are scams. I would NOT recommend using Inked Gaming.

I never leave reviews but I had to because this was one of the WORST online experiences I have EVER HAD. My order took months (way longer than “expected” order date as indicated online). And when I reached out to customer service is took weeks to get a reply and when they did all they said was I will get an email when it ships. Didn’t give me an update on when it would arrive or anything. When it did arrive my package smelt so bad like cigarettes and plastic (I’ve owned the mat for a couple of weeks and I’m still airing the smell out). My order took almost 4 months to arrive and customer service took weeks to even respond. When my order did arrive I was so disappointed because the quality was as good as the one from Amazon (and the Amazon one was 1/3 of the price). I wish I had something positive to say about my experience with inked gaming but I don’t, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from this company!

I do not recommend this website !! I haven't received my order since the beginning of January. Customer service is nonexistent. I requested a refund but have yet to receive a response.

I placed my order in December and it has still not shipped and it is mid February

This is my fourth time working with Inked Gaming. Each time communication on their end has degraded but this was something else. I ordered over $2000 of edge stitched mats nearly a month ago. It took almost a week and a follow up email to get a response, and when I finally did it was just an automated invoice with no human interaction. I waited the rest of the business day to see if I would get a reply and followed up again. I finally got a response saying that the initial response was in the draft folder and never got sent. It would be more excusable if communication did continue to be an issue. Emails unanswered, questions unanswered, needing to send follow up messages. deadlines were missed, and when this product finally arrived it was WRONG. None of the playmats ordered were edge stitched. Now I have to tell all my preorder customers they have to wait even longer. A miserable end to a miserable saga. Thanks a lot.

Ordered a mat end of November and still hasn't shipped. Outrageous. This was a Christmas present for a friend and it's now a week into February.
