I placed an order on 12/28 so make use of their New Years discount, assuming it would get to me by my birthday the following month. Fast forward to 4 months later, and all I have to show for it are a bunch of apologies and promises that it would eventually ship. The last one was at the start of April, where I was told it would ship between one and three business weeks. When it didn't, I asked what was going on and wasn't even given a new timeline, just an "eventually". I can't recommend them at all, I have no idea what's going on but if they are really backed up on orders for over four months and can't give a timeline, they need to stop taking new orders and focus on the ones they have. I've cancelled my order and we'll see how soon i get a refund.

I’ve been waiting for 2 months on my playmat when I was promised a 2 week delivery time. My friends who ordered from inked gaming a month before me still hasn’t gotten his mat or any update on it. DO NOT ORDER FROM INKED GAMING

I ordered a custom play at back in Late December/Early January and didn't receive it until March. Not only that but they sent me the complete WRONG playmat. I've been attempting to get through to them but I haven't heard anything back.

The alleged 15 working days for production is an utter lie. When you try to contact customer service, you are passed off to an automated AI response which does nothing to resolve your issue. This is a scam- protect yourself by not ordering from them in the first place. If you have, work with your credit card company to cancel the transaction because they won't issue you a refund

I ordered a desk pad in January. The website said I should receive it in 5-15 business days. Here we are in April, and I still have not received the desk pad nor any updates. I've checked every couple of weeks, but the site just says they are experiencing delays due to holiday orders, even though I didn't order this until the last week of January. I asked for a refund so I can just go to another vendor, but haven't heard back.

Ordered custom play mats back in October. After almost a month of no updates I reached out in November and they told me there was a huge website error that messed up the orders and it should be about 15 business days and they would figure it out and have it shipped. Then I reach out almost a month and a half later after the holidays in mid January. I don’t get a response until early February of a YouTube video that’s monetized stating the same jumbled up order nonsense again. They stated it was already printed they just had to find it. I find it very hard to believe that if the mats had been printed even if they only had one person working in the entire company they couldn’t sort this out in almost 4 months. Then took another month of threatening and false promises before I was able to get a refund. Not worth the trouble.

Only after I made the purchase was I informed that orders were taking an exorbitant amount of time to fulfill - over 15 days to ship a non-custom order! When I attempted to cancel the order, I was given the run-around by unhelpful automated email responses. Ultimately, I had to reverse the charge through my credit card.

My partner purchased a product for them in November that was meant to be a Christmas present. They didn't give any information about the delay until they were shipping FOUR MONTHS later, in march. We had already moved out of the state at that point. When I reached out to them for either: - refund - change of shipping address - new playmat sent to new address They refused to provide any resolution and stopped responding to my requests.
