Just be honest
Didn’t help when I really needed after I had all of my surgeries they said they would help and at the last minute they backed out. But that’s business I guess and I will just pay them back what they gave me plus the interest but I will never recommend them to anyone else because if you’re going through a serious case like I am you will be homeless like I am. That’s fine it wasn’t the fact that you denied me that made me confused. It was I was given the notion that it was about to be accepted at least that what I was told until all of a sudden it was a no! I have no hard feelings I just wanted a fair shot at the beginning. I would have actually gave a better review if I would’ve just got told no to begin with, with the last attempt in January. Thank you for your great wishes and I thank you for the help that you did give. But just for the response I have given it a second thought but still wouldn’t have done it in the first place. On another note you must’ve not seen all of the case bc it’s different now. Have a blessed day

Dear Mr Cade, We are sorry you feel this way. We also know this can be a difficult time both financially and emotionally. However, we in fact did fund your case on several occasions. The latest request was not approved as we are careful to not provide more than the case can support. Keep in mind advances are paid back out of settlement dollars so we have to make sure all medical providers, outstanding advances, attorneys fees, and expenses ect can be covered without a shortfall. I hope you understand there is a substantial risk involved which is why we must underwrite the case and evaluate our ability to give non-recourse advances each time more money is asked for. There are occasions when we wish we could give more but the numbers simply don't allow for it. Our goal is to help during the most difficult time while still leaving clients money in their pocket come settlement rather having all the proceeds go towards repayment. Thank you for your understanding and we still hope we were able to ease the burden to some degree. We wish you the best in your recovery.
