The screwed up and put my money in the…
The screwed up and put my money in the wrong account! They are saying I didn't give them proof of ownership of the account I wanted the money deposited. I did! I have proof and I emailed them the proof. They are denying I sent it to them before hand and the email clearly shows I DID! I also have proof they received the email beforehand and opened it through google. They were very rude and wouldn't take ownership for the mix up. Not a honest company to do business with. They put me in financial ruin. Oh and I am expected to pay back money I didn't get on top of it all! There is a lot of other companies you can use besides Capital. I advise you to run. Repling to your wrong investigation! On page 9 of the signed contract has the bank to which I told you to deposit the funds! I emailed you the deposit form for the account! Which you denied I did. I have proof! I NEVER OKED DEPOSIT IN THE OTHER ACCOUNT FOR THIS LOAN! Jerome DID call me a LIAR! YOU DEPOSITED THE FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT OKED BY THE 1ST LOAN NOT THIS ONE! I was NEVER contacted nor authorized this to happen! I have proof every step of the way. I will gladly provide screen shots on here if you would like!

There good at getting you loans but…
There good at getting you loans but for the $25.00 to deliver overnight the check I'm still waiting 3 days later.

Hi Patrick, Sorry for any delay. I confirmed with my team and was told they reached out several times to confirm the method of delivery you preferred. Funds can only be issued once we get your preference. I understand time is of the essence and we apologize for any inconvenience. We recommend E-checks for the fastest service which delivers money via email. I believe you'll find a $25 delivery fee to be the lowest available unless you can come to our office for FREE pick up. I've seen others charge over $100 delivery with interest on top. There are several who charge you for in-office visits. We don't agree with this at all. Finally, keep in mind we remove fees from the original principle as this avoids our clients being charged interest on delivery. This is typically not how it is done by other companies who make an additional profit from delivery fees and other fees. We try to keep more money in your pocket by removing fees in the beginning. Nevertheless, if you have communicated your funding preferences you will receive your money ASAP. if you haven't already please do so. We wish you the best and thanks for the feedback
