The customer service was really good. Will most likely have to use their service again. I do not like the fact that they never approve me for the amount I need so I still end up not being able to do what I asked to get the money for in the first place and then have to turn around and borrow again. It would be great if their underwriting department was more lenient. I noticed the CEO responded which is nice but still leaves me with questions that I’ll reserve for their reps. Like I said the customer service is really good so I’m not trying to discourage anyone from using their service or speak badly of their company. I was asked to share my opinion and that is my personal experience.
Response from Injury Financing Dba Capital FinancingDec 11, 2019
Thanks for the feedback Mr. Hereford: I would like to respond to your comments. It is not our intention to not offer you exactly what you requested as we know that you are only asking for that amount of funds to pay your expenses. However, if we could provide all our clients with 100% of what they requested, we certainly would. But we all realize this is not feasible and although we realize you wished we had approved more, our goal is to advance as much money to our customers as the case can support. In many cases, the law firm is guiding us to make decisions that are best for the case and to not create problems for you at settlement. It is your law firms obligation to protect you from creating future challenges and our responsibility to not provide more money than the case can justify. It is not our strategy to offer less to our customers only to require them to come back for more money at a later date. In fact, staggering when you do request advances is an advantage not a disadvantage as your fees will not start till you have received your new money. It is important to mention that it would be wonderful for us to offer all our clients exactly what they requested. However, every case is different and Pre-Settlement companies evaluate all cases on the injuries, treatment, and estimated settlement value at the time of the request. If your advance requests were to large based on the merits of the case, this would be a strong consideration for only offering what makes sense. Offering to advance money simply on what someone needs, rather than considering the ability for the settlement to pay back the advance is how we have to underwrite. We hope this better explains our process and we hope if you need additional funds in the future, you will consider Capital Financing as your 1st choice. Here's to a speedy recovery and a positive resolution to your case. We wish you the best and Happy Holidays. Dr. Howard Golden-CEO
