Dear Billy, This is shocking to me. We rarely hear anything other than praise about our staff. Certainly we know our clients are already under a great deal of stress after an accident so we often discuss in team meetings to not only show compassion but realize that people are not in ideal situations and to expect them not to be in the best of spirits even when they are normally very positive. However, If there was an occasion you felt you received anything less the highest level of respect from us I'd like to discuss it with you. Please call me at 404-348-4475 Our records indicate there were multiple advances given to you from 12/18 - 1/19 so based on the fact that you requested money on more than one occasion I can only assume this happened towards the end because we received 3 requests and funded all 3. I'm sure if we offended you in some way you wouldn't have chosen to work with us anymore. Customer Service is of utmost importance to us. Please contact me directly with specific examples where you felt any one of our staff was rude or in any way unprofessional and I assure you it will be addressed as this is not the way we conduct business. Our clients often remain friends long after using our services and celebrate with us at the end of their case. We sincerely hope we are able to rectify what was certainly a misunderstanding of some kind.

While it would take hours to list all the ways we protect clients and offer a much more favorable solution than most of our competitors. Our fee structure is simple to understand it is clearly presented on-page 1 of our agreement and there are no hidden fees or surprises. We are also one of the few companies who cap fees, use simple interest, offer a simple process and is recommended by law firms. In many instances, we can even calculate payoff amounts at different stages before you agree to terms or sign the contract. We encourage all clients to read the disclosure and ask us any questions before agreeing to anything. If you choose to work with another provider because you believe it is better for you we understand. We do hope the money we provided helped you in your time of need and wish you nothing but the best.

Hi Tiashey, Please provide details as I am not aware of a system outage other than a short Wi-Fi outage in our building that was addressed immediately. I don't think we missed anything once we were back up. Regardless, I certainly hope you got what you needed from another provider if it was urgent.
