Customer service is excellent. Not too happy with the glasses. The stickers have started to peel off allready.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish, considering contacting trading standards, not at all like the pictures on the website, just poorly applied stickers on generic glasses. So annoyed to be ripped off. I have been communicating with customer service, I was offered £5, then £7, then £12, latest is a return address to China from the UK at my own cost. Not amused!

I’m assuming the product is okay, but as it is an Advent Calendar, so I will not know until December. It took a lot longer than I thought it would to arrive. There was no communication to advise on how to track my product. I did request support but received no response.

Avoid buying from these people
Avoid buying from these people. I ordered what I thought was a set of 3 Kraken Rum glasses at a cost of over £20. On opening I received just one glass of the cheapest manufacture with a lump of glass on the rim, and the Kraken octopus just a sticker, that is already broken and part not stuck down properly. This will come off entirely when washed. Bought better quality products in Poundland. I have asked for a full refund ........... The replies to my complaints from the company were at first that they would send a replacement - refused. Second offer a replacement glass or a £2 refund! - refused. Third offer £4 refund - refused. Have since reported to trading standards. I have since issued the company with screen shots of what I thought I was ordering and photos of the one item that I actually received. Still ongoing with customer support.

Took ages to get the product
Took ages to get the product. Product quality is not as expected and smells funny, like petrol. I did get responses to my several chasing emails though asking where the product was so that's positive. I was charged £6 more than I should've been and had to request a refund which was processed quickly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I ordered what was shown on their advertisement a “ set “ of 3D Christmas wine glasses in presentation box. The price after tax was nearly £18 ( I found out about tax after order was placed, originally £13 ) What I got was far from this!! ONE Wine glass, that was definitely NOT 3D, just basically a sticker 🤷‍♀️ So, they were after well over £100 for a set of 6 ??? REALLY??? 😡 Never, ever would I have paid that, it’s just a scam to get your money!! DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!! 🤷‍♀️
