INFINITY CHAIR PROBLEMS 1. Right side balloon cushion inoperative. 2. Custom controls to adjust intensity & location of back massage rollers do not work. 3. Body scan to determine shoulder height is quite painful and not working. Buttons to adjust shoulder height are inoperative and only beep. 4. Display screen shuts off before massage is complete. 5. Rollers do not move smoothly up and down back, but get stuck at mid-back and push spine painfully. Adjustment controls and 4D control do not work. 6. Hand rollers are painful, and again, moderation controls do not work. 7. I sent in a service request but Infinity was very slow to respond. They told me they were sending me parts and that a technician would follow-up to do repairs, but so far, nothing. 8. We are extremely dissatisfied with our purchase of this elegant-looking $10,000 massage chair which gives a terrible massage. Salesman assured us Infinity had a great service network and expert technicians. So far we have seen none of it.

We got our Infinity chair through Costco, so my direct experience with Infinity is limited. Costco included the White Glove delivery and assembly as well as a 5-year extended warranty with the purchase, which along with the price discount was a great deal. I think the actual delivery was arranged by Infinity, however. That wen't pretty well, though I asked one of the three fellows doing the work how much training they got and he said none - they just look in the assembly instructions that come with the chair if they think they need help. Even so, they seemed to do a good job of that assembly, even though one of the guys seemed put off by my presence, especially when I was taking a photo of the serial number of the chair for future warranty registration. I found that a bit off-putting, but it didn't seem to affect the quality of the work. As for the chair itself, this is the third massage chair we've owned over the past 25 years or so and it's a great chair with many nice features that we're still learning about. It can provide a very intense massage if you want, but the controls are pretty easy to use to set the intensity level as well as other options to match your preferences. The Shiatsu rollers in the arm massage in addition to just the air pillows most chairs have are quite effective, and can also be very aggressive if you choose. We don't use the voice control, and the LED lighting feature on the outside of the chair seems rather pointless. The built in Harman Kardon speakers are quite nice, and the variety of background sounds you can play are nicer than I expected. Overall it's a great, solid feeling massage chair with tons of features that we're still experimenting with. We're very happy with this chair!

The customer service for Infinity Massage Chairs is top notch. We had some mechanical issues with the chair, which is to be expected. What was not expected was the high level of service provided. They are very responsive and send out parts and experienced technicians to repair the situation as soon as possible. We highly recommend Infinity Massage, not only for their high quality, but because they are a class act and follow through and stand behind their product.

I bought an Aura model. I like the chair. I use it 4-5 times a week. It hasn't really worn that well, being only 3 1/2 years old. My remote failed in June and I ordered another one. All they tell me is the remotes will get here in 4-6 months. 4 to 6 months! They can't tell me when they were ordered. 2 months ago? 4 months ago? I am told the Aura is a popular model. If it takes 6 months to get remotes, why wait till your out to reorder? I ran a Hot Tub store for years. Do you know what my customers would say if I told them it would take 4 to 6 months to get new controls, you can't use your tub and I can't tell you when they'd be in? Could that happen in any business? Dan in service has tried to be helpful. He has sent 2 remotes but they were not the right ones and did not even light up. The old one lights but is froze. He can only send parts they actually have. So I am out the price of a remote I ordered 2 1/2 months ago. I haven't been able to use my chair and who knows when I will be able to. I have considered a new chair as I do use and enjoy it. At least I did use it. But the way the chair has worn and the ridiculous wait time on a simple part like a remote, plus the fact they can't even tell me when I can expect it, I doubt I'd consider another Infinity.

Chair was delivered and setup but did not work. After 2 weeks repair tech showed up replaced placed parts, checked wiring and still could not get the chair to work. Want chair returned and money refunded, still waiting to hear back from Infinity.

The technician was GREAT. He replaced the cover, diagnosed the knocking sounds, and verified the presets were working correctly.

The worst service ever especially the manager Kenzo He promised me to deliver the chair in one week which I paid full for it and now 9 weeks and still hasn't received it
