Infinite MassageReviews of infinitemassage.com

Excellent experience . there was a lack of customer service in their approach.

Experience was 5 stars from start to finish. Transparent pricing and quick responses made this an easy sell for my office. We booked a therapist to come in on Valentines day and book 10 min massages with our employees. Everyone was raving all day about how amazing it was.Even today people were coming up to me asking when we are going to book again! highly recommend.

Towards the end of the scheduled appointments, we had issues with the therapists not understanding the assignment. I feel that they were not briefed on the situation and only told to report at an address. When I seemed to reach out to the company, there was a lack of customer service in their approach.

Great massages and kind people

I was a last minute booking for our office group to receive 5 massages the next day! It was exactly the thing we needed and the masseuse came on time and ready.

We have used Infinite Massage twice when hiring someone to give chair massages for company events and both times have been a wonderful experience. Their communication is quick and easy to get things set up and their massage therapists are timely, friendly, and give great massages.

We used Infinite Massage as a treat for Teacher Appreciation and everyone ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend.

the massage therapist was amazing - everyone was singing her praises and trying to figure out how to book her. truly a wonderful human and excellent massage therapist!!
