Rude!
Tried to set up an event for a Teacher appreciation event. We were quoted by the hour but then were told we were paying per massage, its still unclear which was accurate. When we asked about tipping we were told "our massage therapists are paid very well" who discourages someone from tipping?? Trying to fit 10 minute massages into 30 min lunch breaks was compliacted enough but they we were told they "didnt have time" to figure out a schedule that would work for our teachers. A minor adjustment made to the schedule THEY GAVE US would have worked but then we would have to rebook the whole event. Then admitted the schedule they sent wasn't accurate anyhow. Every step of the way we were met with attitude only to find out the person we were talking with is the OWNER! She claimed that she's been doing this for 20 years? yikes. be warned.

We do charge by the session, but your event came out to 8 hours even so I am not sure why that was unclear. When you tried to squeeze in more people, I was met with attitude in regards to having to pay more. After trying to work with you and your associate over multiple calls and emails, you starting speaking down to me as if you were speaking to one of your students at your school. At that point, I realized it was best to part ways and let you find another company that could accommodate the very specific checklist you needed in order to fit all of the massages into everyone's lunch break. I hope you were successful!
