Our massage therapists are great, the mood they create in our office space is wonderful. We love having them in once a month and would recommend to anyone.

I was able to speak with SJ, who replied back to me immediately and was very easy to talk to. Made sure to answer all my questions. I find that most places take long to reply, and within a few minutes of contacting them, SJ was able to make sure I got what I needed. Super recommend, though I am not the person getting the massage, just the customer service part was amazing!

We are having difficulty booking our office massages using the "Swipe" feature. Actually, we cannot book at this time because that feature is not working. I was told I could call their IT department directly. My thought is to update their payment options.

Infinite massage has been very dependable with it's appointments and service. All of our employees always look forward to the weekly service day as it approaches. Our masseuse was late arriving and we had set up 30 minute chair massages for several people. Her technique and ability to know where you needed work, how much pressure to use etc . was really really good. She was interesting, kind and I would go to her again. I paid for my staff to have this treat during lab week on my own. I feel that I didn't QUITE get full value. When her "contractual time" was met, she was unwilling to give the final massage in its totality. I feel she should have adjusted her 30 minutes slots to meet the arrival and then set up time required to begin. We were there, ready and had worked our day out so all of my staff could have a 30 minute massage and my last employee was met with resistance and then received a 15 minute massage.

Great massages and therapist. They did a splendid job for our Administrative Day festivities. Will definitely use again!
