Overall I think the therapist did a good job. A lot of participants left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Overall good feedback from all who joined. We had a couple items that participants thought could have been better. One participant said, "longer massage/more attentive. wasnt her best effort" Another one said, "timing - sat down at 3:57 and then was told I was done at 4:03 which was disappointing to be told it would be 10 minutes then it was not" The last feedback was from someone who was supposed to have a 10 min massage from 3:58 - 4:08. Additionally, one of the therapists was a couple of minutes late. It didn't have a big affect as we only had 3 people signed up for the 12pm slot, but if we had 4 people signed up then that would have been an issue.

We had another great experience with the massage therapists from Infinite Massage! We offer chair massages at work as a wellness benefit that our colleagues eagerly look forward to. Our therapists were timely and responsive and really made us feel better in 15 minutes. I can't say enough positive things about Infinite Massage.
