Very professional, affordable chair massages for my team. My only complaint was that I wanted to nap after my massage!!

We have massage therapists from Infinite Massage here for Stress Buster events during our busy season and also in conjunction with speakers in our Wellness Program series. Therapists arrive early, set up and take down quietly, and provide great service. They are always very flexible with the flow of staff entering the event, providing additional massage time when possible and keeping things moving when it get busy. Very well received by staff and a definite employee relations plus!

Everything was amazing

I got a call the day before the event and the appointment was canceled for the whole company! I had made the appointment weeks in advance. Put me in a very bad position. Would never do business with them again.

Everyone loved Dee - we were all in need of a little TLC with some big projects wrapping up before the holidays, and she was the perfect therapist for us. Everyone who participated raved about their massage. It was a nice treat during a stressful and busy time of year.

We booked 2 separate sessions with Infinite Massage for chair massages in our Midtown office. The therapists were polite and professional. One therapist was late (both times), but it ended up working out well. All the staff was easy to work with! We will definitely be using Infinite Massage for our next massage event!

We have worked with Infinite Massage for over a year. We have experience nothing but GREAT communication from both the Masseuse's and the managers themselves.

The first scheduled date has to be cancelled and rescheduled. The therapists ended up showing up anyway and lost their wages for the day. The rescheduled date was a day out and I was told that you weren't able to confirm enough therapists. My options were re-scheduling (which it was the next day and part of our employee appreciation week and couldn't be re-scheduled) or to cancel (see previous comment). Those were my two options? Unacceptable, and I said that. I said that I needed at least two (I had requested 4). When I pushed back and said no, you need to find someone - there were 4 therapists here that day and they were fabulous. I didn't give a 1 star because it ended up working out and they were great. However, you should not have a client telling you no - you push and you find someone. Obviously, the person I was working with was not motivated to find anyone until I pushed. Response to owner comment: No, that was not the case. I did have to re-schedule which was well in advance to the final date. It was not re-scheduled again. I received a call from the company a day before the event (after I confirmed the date and time) and was told by the company they were not able to secure 4 therapists for me. They had two, but then one had to cancel because of a death in the family, so that is where I was left with 1 therapist for 350 people. I was then told my two options, and I said neither of those would work and she needed to find me the additional help. I should not have to worry the day before a confirmed event that you couldn't find anyone (especially since all options obviously were not exhausted because we did eventually have 4 therapists). Like I said, it was resolved and they were great, so to call out my review as harsh (or whatever term you used) seems a little self absorbed and not taking responsibility. I do appreciate the partnership and would recommend but with caution, followed with a comment to over confirm appointments.
