The therapists were great. They provided wonderful service and everyone seemed to enjoy their massage experience. As the coordinator for the group, my only request would have been better communication up front about how they would run sessions. There was a bit of confusion relative to when the therapists were ready for the next person, but we sorted it out fairly quickly. Quality of service was very good. We had 2 therapists on site, and both were extremely professional to work with. They arrived on time and were friendly/pleasant in their interactions. As a company, I found Infinite very easy to work with. I will absolutely use the service again. It was a positive experience all around.

Ali is a great masseuse. She packs a huge punch in that small frame. She listens to your requests. You better drink water after as she releases all those bad toxins.

Though the people are really nice, I think there is a communication level that is below expectations. As an event planner, we need to have our vendors be on the same page as us. I think that perhaps this is just not their business model, so maybe my expectations were generally too high. But, all in all, we need to make sure that our "partners" can deliver the same high level of service that we do.
