The initial reservation process was great and I didn't have any issues. Later on, I was concerned that the massage therapists were going to be giving massages 3 hours straight. When I shared my concern, they said that they would need a break in the middle (something that was never mentioned) and then the scheduling completely changed on my end. The massage therapists didn't have all of the details that I included on the reservation, so they were all lost when they tried to arrive. The massages were mediocre, although the therapists were all very friendly and professional.

2nd Masseuse was late. Had me scrambling to try to reschedule everyone for the day. He showed up, so all was good, but about gave me a heart attack. They should show up at least 15 minutes early to setup.

This was my first time hiring massage therapists for a company event. Any hesitation I had prior to the event went away the second the team arrived onsite. They were so nice, caring, calm, professional, and Relaxing! The staff walked away visibly relaxed and smiling. I will certainly use Infinite Massage for my next event!
