Our massage therapists did a great job. Very skilled and professional. The issue we had is that we were told the company could fulfill certain times that they could not. It wasn't until 3 days after they gave us a promotional email to send out and had appointment scheduling open through their website that we found out 2 5-hr blocks for massages would have to be moved to the next day. When they made the changes on the website, they simply moved the appointments that had been scheduled at those times to the next day. No emails were sent out the people whose appointments were changed to let them know. Needless to say, I dealt with a lot of angry people that day. The event was for nurses at a hospital, which means their availability can change from day to day. I don't mind that the times had to be moved to the next day, but they should not have set up the expectations if they could not deliver.
