I love their sign up system that allows employees to sign up online without the hassle of trying to deal with RSVP's. He responded to all of my emails almost immediately, and both of our massage therapists were on time and made the experience so fun!

This was my first time using Infinite Massage. The concept of this business was one that sounded like a great service to provide to businesses and nonprofits throughout the country. Sadly I will never use them again. I booked way in advance for an event at my school and asked for two therapists. On the day of the event, I was contacted 1 hour before the event began to say that there would only be one therapist and could they reschedule. Um, no, this is the day that event was planned. So I had to explain to my employees why only half of them would be receiving massages. I will let you guess how that went over.
