CAN'T EVEN GET THEM ON THE PHONE Guess my lawyer will have to contact them for me. I had work done about 2 years ago. They didn't pay as much as I thought they would have, but they paid some. Two years later, my air conditioning needs serviced. The mechanic says he can't get through to Infinite on the phone. I try. Indeed. There are 5 options - 4 instantly hang up on you, and 1 says you're calling outside of business hours, when you're not. This company is a SCAM! Now I have to take the full hit of repair costs, when Infinite has already taken my money. I'm looking forward to seeing my lawyer getting my full payment back from them.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE I REPEAT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I ONLY RATED INFINITE WITH ONE STAR BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE OPTION OF A NEGATIVE NUMBER. SO AT THIS TIME I'M RATING INFINTIE AS A NEGATIVE 4....explanation below! I PURCHASED THIS WARRANTY IN CASH ON 9-8-2020 for ~$2000 AND CANCELED DUE TO the company denying claims that should have been covered. I canceled my policy on Dec 31, 2020, whereas I didn't receive an e-mail processing my refund until Aug 20, 2021 stating that I had a refund of $682.06 due to one claim approved totaling less than $300 (hence my negative 4 rating because if this would not have been covered I would have rated Infinite as a negative 5) and it should take no more then 14 business days. It is now the end of March 2022. I have called and e-mailed them several times to no avail, set on hold for about 30 to 45 minutes and then the phone just hang up. This has occured approximately 6 times now. Previously, they would state the claim is in process in the billing dept and will be expedited. I am currently gathering all of my paperwork to send to the Attorney General in MS fraud division. I will file full fraud charges against them with the help of several close friends that are attorneys. I will also contact the other person on this site to try and file charges as a group as well.

Had warranty with Infinite Auto Protection for 3 years before I tried to file my first claim. Repair shop tried for 2 days to get through to someone and then gave up. Told us we had to get Infinite to call them. We could never get anyone to answer phone. Ended up paying out of pocket for service. Second claim, same thing. They just don't answer phone. Third claim this January 2022, engine lost compression and dealership said repair was going to be very expensive. Could contact Infinite, so I sold car for scrap. Anyone reading this review... Do not, I repeat do not pay for a warranty with this company. Their BBB rating is an F. Don't believe their ad. Bunch of crooks.

I cancelled my policy in July of 2021 in September I received an e-mail stating that I had a refund of $1225 and it should take no more then 14 business days. It is now the end of February and still no refund. I have called and e-mailed them several times, set on hold for about 30 to 45 minutes and when they answer I am told it is in process in the billing dept. I live in Florida so kind of hard to go to small claims court in Michigan. I sent all my paper work to the Attorney General in Michigan's fraud division and never heard anything back from them. Anyone interested in going in together to file a lawsuit against Infinite. If enough of us get together and higher an attorney we can sue them for attorney fees and interest based on length of time they have held our money

VERY BAD. This company is a MAJOR SCAM. It is impossible to reach out to them even to make a claim. If you are lucky enough to finally speak to someone and submit your claim, it will take forever for them to get back to you saying they will only cover the cheapest aftermarket part and unreal labor cost. For example with my most recent claim that i submitted more than a year ago, where original part cost is 500$ and cheapest aftermarket price on market for such part is 200$, they told me they were able to find it for 100$. They also covered 1hr of labor for this work when it actually takes 2.5hrs. As a result, they offered to reimburse 180$, when actual repair cost was 850$. In fact, it has been 14 months now since i submitted that claim and around 8 months ago they finally said they approved 180$ and I still dont have my check. During this time i was able to reach to them two times and every time i had to deal super rude, unprofessional and miserable persons, who’s main goal is to make you so pissed, so you dont want call them ever again. They’ll completely ignore your emails. Now, i need to make another claim with them and I can’t reach to them for 2 month. They either have voice message saying they are closed and try to call tomorrow or put you on hold for hours and eventually hang up on you. As i was submitting a claim with Department of Consumer Affairs, it came up that some states are ceasing their operation. As a conclusion… My coverage that is expiring soon, costed 2,400$. Up to date i spent around same amount for repairs they would have to cover as per our agreement and they only reimbursed 250$ and 180$ I’m still waiting from them. Please be smart enough not to deal with any 3rd party “warranty” company and especially with infinite. The amount you’ll spend will never pay off. Better keep it and spend for actual repairs.

Same for me!! Sold car in July, sent them mileage as requested, then "crickets"!!!! You call to find out the problem, all you get is "its in billing, and no one there you can talk with"; no manager, no nothing!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I cancelled my policy over 3 months ago and they were supposed to give me back my refund but it's been tied up with billing for the past 3 months..I get the same person Vivi on the phone and I keep asking Raymond to give me a call and no one has called me or made attempt to send refund of any kind. Same answer is billing is handling this and that's all the informartion we have at this time....I have asked to talk to billing...president of the company...anyone else beside Vivi. I always get her after the 35 minute hold time. Stay away from this shady company...

Whoever the owner is. I just want to tell you you are a thief. People cancel their warranty and can not get a refund. They can't speak to someone in charge and they don't pay their claims. You should be ashamed. I hope the state of Michigan shuts you down
