I recently purchased a new vehicle from another dealership, but decided to look for better trade values on my previous vehicle. After getting offers from a variety of other dealers (including CarMax), I decided to sell my car to Indy Auto Man. I worked with Victor through the entire process and was very happy with the experience. He was transparent, fair, and overall great to work with. I ended up getting more than CarMax offered and actually enjoyed the process. Definitely take your car here if you want a fair trade offer and painless process.

I wasn’t pressured or subjected to pushy tactics at all, and in fact they were supportive and patient with me while I worked on a private sale. After miserable experiences as a female with car dealerships this was the exact opposite and I won’t hesitate to do business with them in the future.
