My order was partially shipped with no communication about the outstanding materials ETA. I've had to call twice now to get any update and both times they assure that the part was just delivered so would be sent out immediately, or by Monday since they don't ship over the weekend. I'm giving ISP the benefit of the doubt; if it does arrive Monday, I may consider cancelling the second half of my order and looking elsewhere.

Ordered product that was on backorder. I was not informed that it was on backorder until I called to ask for an update. That was after email went unanswered. I canceled the order and have yet to recieve a refund.

Harness was delivered in less than a week but wore it to work one day and the D ring keeper broke and now I’m out 400 dollars and can’t use the harness which means I’ve not been able to complete my job tasks for a while.

Submitted tax exempt paperwork and was charged sales tax. Estimate received was at a lower price than online price. Was told to submit the order and I will be refunded. Emailed Jorge (returns and refunds leader) and has decided to not refund me and has stopped responding to emails.
